HARISH SALVE ...the man behind the successful win of Vodafone in Tax Case of Rs. 11000 crore, is a practising senior advocate in SC and one of the most successful advocates in India. Mr. Salve, a commerce graduate, started his career as a Chartered Accountant practising in Taxation field before moving to the tracks of LAW and rightly so he mustered the art of arguing on constitutional, commercial and taxation of Law. He served as a Solicitor general of India from Nov 1999 to Nov 2002. Mr. Salve is also a member of notable associations in the legal fraternity and has authored numerous articles for release in magazines and journals.
This Blog is created on 2010 with a view to give updates to the members on various topics related to Taxation i.e. Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and International Taxation. Also will share the view on controversial topics among the Tax Managers , CA's and CA students.
